Refund requests

Are Rizz Invites purchases refundable?

Generally, all Rizz Invites purchases are final. However, we understand that things happen, and we may consider refund requests in certain circumstances, including:

• Accidental duplicate charges
• Bugs or technical errors that prevented you from using a purchased feature or service
• Event cancellations.

If one of these situations applies, contact Rizz Invites Support with your account email and details about the purchase. Our team will review your request and will look into it.

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. If approved, refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.
